Required Qualifications:
- Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
- Upon hire: California Certified Phlebotomy Technician I License Or
- Upon hire: California Certified Phlebotomy Technician II License
- 1 year recent clinical experience as a certified phlebotomist
- 6 months working in a high-volume setting as a certified phlebotomist.

Providence Physician Enterprise (PE) is a service line within Providence serving patients across seven states with quality, compassionate, coordinated care.
