DAY-TO-DAY
As a dedicated Maintenance Technician, you play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and comfort of our esteemed Stratford apartments.
Your responsibilities extend from meticulously preparing units for new residents to promptly responding to work orders with efficiency and expertise.
Your unwavering commitment to cleanliness and maintaining curb appeal shines through in every task you undertake, reflecting your dedication to delivering exceptional service.
Your role goes beyond fixing problems; it's about creating a living environment that residents are proud to call home, making you an indispensable part of our team!
YOUR SCHEDULE
You can expect to work Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts. Additionally, you help with on-call duties on a rotating basis, where you may be required to respond to maintenance emergencies outside of regular working hours.
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous maintenance experience
- HVAC certification
