The Senior Research Scientist at the Providence Research Network Hub works independently to design and lead research studies in support of the Hub's strategic initiatives, with a focus on high-quality health services research designed to test innovative care and payment models or technologies that transform the organization, delivery, and finance of care.

Required Qualifications:

• Ph.D. - Health policy, public health, sociology, psychology, epidemiology, economics, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience,
• In compliance with the Providence Health and Services-OR Human Resources policy #302 Background Checks, a criminal background check is required for this position, based on assigned duties.
• 7 years - Experience leading health services research projects as a principal investigator, including grant writing, budget management, compliance, and dissemination.
