Required Qualifications: Successful completion of an accredited respiratory therapy educational program sufficient to qualify for licensure in Washington State. Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner License upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
