Description

Program Coordinator at Providence Medford Medical Center (Full-time, Day shift, Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30AM-4PM)

The Workforce Coordinator is accountable for overseeing the Medical Centers volunteer program, high school and college internships, job shadows, and local school and workforce resource affiliations.

Required qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree Relevant area of study Or equivalent educ/experience
  • 3 years applicable experience
  • Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.
  • 1 year Experience in workforce development, interviewing, recruitment or team leadership.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Relevant area of study Or equivalent educ/experience
