Physical Therapist

Available FTE and Shift: Part time day shift

The Staff Physical Therapist is responsible for completing evaluations, developing written treatment plans, and providing on-going treatments that are designed to improve the patient's functional status in conjunction with overall treatment objectives.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy; graduation from accredited college or university or
• Master's Degree in Physical Therapy; graduation from accredited college or university.
• California Physical Therapist License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

Preferred qualifications:

• 1 year' work experience.
