Required Qualifications:

• Completion of program for Licensed Vocational Nurse.
• California Licensed Vocational Nurse upon hire
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire

Preferred Qualifications:

• Completion of course in Intravenous Therapy approved by the LVN Board.
• 1 year acute care institutional experience.
• Recent hospital direct patient care experience on an acute, sub-acute unit or skilled nursing facility
