The Talent Effectiveness Consultant supports the client relationship and provides consultation to senior and core leaders and operational delivery staff by assessing current state challenges, anticipating future demands, advising on recommendations, and architecting solutions to support the accomplishment of organizational and divisional business objectives

Required qualifications:

  • 3 years of Practitioner with demonstrated ability to add value to strategic objectives of an organization using a variety of human-centered, talent experience and growth methodologies and technologies.
  • 2 years of Demonstrated expertise in a broad range of talent cultivation and effectiveness methods, and in the assessment, design, implementation, evaluation, and execution of talent experience and growth solutions across a variety of functions.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Educational Leadership, Organization Development, Organizational Psychology,
  • Human Resources, Business Administration. Or equivalent educ/experience
  • Upon hire: Types of certifications and affiliations preferred: ASTD, ATD, CPLP, CTT, MBTI, AALAS, CPTD, II, IAT, SHRM
  • 1 year of experience with all aspects of talent including Talent Ecosystem and Experience Design, Performance Management, Strategic Workforce Development, Talent Scorecard/Succession, Talent Development, Pipeline Building and Management, Talent Data and Impact Analysis.

Min: $40.20, Max: $64.89

Min: $38.56, Max: $62.26

Min: $35.95, Max: $58.04

Eastern Washington (Richland, Spokane, Walla Walla)

Min: $34.31, Max: $55.40
