Description

The Central Refill Services Specialist Senior is a clinical position that assists in all aspects of processing prescription refill authorization requests. Under the supervision of pharmacy services and working within established protocols, the Central Refill Services Specialist acts as an agent for the provider to authorize prescription refills. This position plays a key role in maintaining a high level of patient satisfaction by providing patients with exceptional customer service and serving as the liaison between patients, physicians and pharmacies.

Required qualifications:

• Upon hire: Washington Pharmacy Technician License
• 5 years' experience as a pharmacy technician

About the Team

Providence Physician Enterprise (PE) is a service line within Providence serving patients across seven states with quality, compassionate, coordinated care.
