Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Prepare and serve meals, ensuring dietary needs are met
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living for individuals in assisted living or hospice care
- Support individuals with dementia by engaging in memory-enhancing activities

Qualifications:
- First aid certification
- Experience providing direct support to individuals with dementia or memory loss
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
