We are immediately hiring for a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper, experience in restaurant accounting preferred, to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for reconciliations, journal entries, preparing month end close and reporting on multiple locations. This is a key role within our organization, and we are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in accounting software.

Requirements:

• Degree/Certified in Accounting/Finance or equivalent accounting experience
• 4 years of Accounting/Finance experience
• 3 years of restaurant full charge bookkeeping
• QuickBooks software experience preferred; or ERP (i.e. MS Dynamics, Oracle, etc)
• Advanced in Excel – as well as proficient in Microsoft Office
• Clear and Professional Communication; both written and verbal
• Self-motivated, task oriented & deadline driven
• Excellent customers service skills communicating with various internal clients/management
• Attention to detail while managing multiple assignments

Duties:

• Preparation and review of payroll
• Preparation and review of journal entries
• Reconciliations of GL, credit cards and bank accounts
• Variance analysis and adjusting entries
• Preparation of Month End close
• Reporting on scheduled financial data as requested
• Ensure compliance of internal policies, procedures, and controls
• Working closely with executive team & team leaders
• Ad-hoc duties and reporting as required

Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:00AM - 5:00PM

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $70,000 per year excellent benefits package
