We specialize in providing a complete service package including killer design, in house fabrication and furniture rentals, event production management and consulting.

We're looking for a motivated and reliable Full Charge Bookkeeper who enjoys their work and wants to be part of a valued and respected team.

Full Charge Bookkeeper Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full cycle accounting duties

• Purchase orders and vendor records maintenance

• Monthly account reconciliation

• Preparing payroll

• Administration of quarterly business and payroll taxes

• Maintaining required business documents

• Preparing annual 1099’s

• Assistance with the annual budget and audit process

• Maintaining financial document retention files

• Monitor business cash flow

• Fixed asset accounting

• Multi-jurisdiction Sales Tax filing

• Financial statements

• Worker’s Compensation reporting

• HR duties as assigned

The successful candidate will possess:

• 5 years of bookkeeping experience with a strong, fundamental knowledge of GAAP

• 1 year supervisory experience a plus

• Detail and deadline oriented

• Strong General Ledger experience

• Excellent organizational skills

• Great written and verbal communication skills

• Expert level skills and experience in Microsoft Excel

• Familiarity with cloud-based Google Suite is a benefit

• Pro-advisor certification in recent versions would be favored

We are looking for an employee to hire, not an independent or outside contractor.

Applicants for this role should possess in-depth knowledge of QuickBooks and its associated software products, with proven experience in handling monthly, quarterly, and yearly filings. Expertise in payroll, sales taxes (covering State, Federal, and Local levels), and financial statement preparation is essential.
