Job Title: Administrative Support
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support to join our team at Proven Home Health Care Agency. The successful candidate will provide administrative assistance to our office staff, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Greet clients, caregivers, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases
- Assist with scheduling, billing, internal compliance audits and payroll processes
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, Procedure manuals ,and presentations as needed
- Provide administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer including preparing materials and supplies
- Maintain office organization, tidiness, and supplies
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of administrative experience in a healthcare or social services setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and accurate with data entry and record-keeping
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with home care or healthcare industry in Adminstrative Position
- Knowledge of medical terminology and billing process
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and scheduling software
