Our McDonald’s is now hiring Shift Leaders and Department Managers to join our restaurant team. As a Shift Leader & Department Manager, you’ll be a part of a community that helps lead and thrives on service- to each other, customers, and the community. Shift Leader Responsibilities:

Taking action to ensure the crew is meeting McDonald's standards
*
Monitoring safety, security, and profitability
*
Planning for each shift, monitoring performance during all shifts
*
Strong customer service skills for working with customers and team members
*
Communicating well with crew members, other shift managers, and GM
*
Responsible for meeting targets during shifts and helping with assigned departments
Department Manager Responsibilities:
*
Lead Kitchen Department - focus on delivering great food, kitchen staff training on production procedures, and kitchen cleanliness and food safety.
*
Guest Service Department - ensuring strong customer service is delivered, service staff is trained for taking orders, menu knowledge, cashier skills, and Drive-thru procedures are followed.
*
People Department Manager - hiring qualified crew, and providing training to meet restaurant sales and profit goals while keeping crew motivated each shift.
Qualifications:
*
QSR experience preferred
*
2-3 years QSR restaurant experience (McDonald's a plus!)
*
Flexible schedule availability
*
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
