Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, resident apartments and common multi use public areas. Duties:
- Perform general housekeeping tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Change bed linens and make beds
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations

Skills:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning standards and practices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members
