As a Benefits Coordinator for ProValue Insurance, you will be responsible for overseeing the enrollments, changes, terms, training, and administration of benefits offered by ProValue and its affiliated companies. This position will work closely with the Vice President of Group Benefits to provide similar services to benefit customers.

All Benefits Department roles will be expected to work together as a team to ensure our customers have a smooth customer service experience.
This position offers some workplace flexibility and allows you to work remotely from time-to-time, although a physical presence in the Hutchinson office is required most days when not traveling. You will be required to travel as needed to provide educational meetings and various help needed for our customers. This could include overnight travel at times, especially during open enrollment season. Additional travel may be required to attend outside meetings for continuing education or other required meetings.
You will also collaborate with other professionals within ProValue Insurance and our affiliated companies when needed to prove to clients that we are a full-service insurance agency.
