ProTouch Staffing is Hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (New Grads Are Welcome)- Huntsville, AL Near Huntsville, AL
Shift- 12 hours (Day/ Night)
Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
Ensure safety for all residents.
Assess and document the resident's condition and nursing need.
Accurately and promptly implement physician's orders.
Initiate and lead team conferences in development of individualised nursing care plans.
Supervise and direct CNS's.
Requirements:
Minimum one year nursing experience preferred.
Minimum one year SNF experience is highly preferred.
Education:
Graduate of an accredited LPN School of Nursing.
License/Certification:
Valid LPN license in the state of Alabama.
Valid CPR certification.
