Description
Dispatch plays a vital role in our company, they work closely with Home Building Superintendents, construction trades and internal staff by receiving their scheduling requests and accurately entering them into our TBG Software. There are additional job responsibilities involved in this critical position that include, but are not limited to, cleaning plot plans, entering new homes into our TBG Software system, fielding customer concerns and other various administrative functions that work towards providing superior customer service to our clients and fellow employees.
