Protect-US is a private security firm specializing in providing a safe environment in bars, nightclubs, hotels, special events, venue staffing, etc.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising, scheduling, and coordinating a team of security guards to ensure the safety and security of the club, its staff, and its patrons
• Enforcing the club's policies and procedures, such as checking IDs, preventing underage drinking, and handling incidents
• Communicating and collaborating with the club's management, staff, and law enforcement agencies
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
• Responding to emergencies and escalating issues as needed

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• At least 3 years of experience as a security guard, preferably in a nightlife setting
• A valid security guard card in the state of California
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• The physical stamina and strength to perform security duties
• A clean criminal background and drug test
