We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pre-Construction Coordinator to join our team. As a Pre-Construction Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of pre-construction services and facilitating handover to operations. The ideal candidate will have strong project coordination skills and be familiar with construction and/or professional services marketing.

Duties:

· Search for bid opportunities across multiple platforms. Submit to management for go/no-go decisions and learn our niches to better vet potential projects.

· Manage subcontractor database.

· Track opportunities in the Prost pipeline.

· Read and understand specifications of bid packages and communicate the pre-construction requirements to bid team.

· Prepare bid packages / forms with high degree of accuracy under tight deadlines, including bid bonds, certificates of insurance, qualifications, performance and payment bonds, subcontractor proposals.

· Write/proofread and update, marketing collateral like brochures, qualification packages, resumes, project sheets. Graphic layout experience helpful.

· Provide content for website as required.

· Assist in the transition of successfully won projects from Pre-Construction Team to the Operations Team including background checks, subcontracts, purchase orders and Procore setup, and MBE/WBE/SDVE Compliance Breakdowns.

· Proficiency in construction management software. (Procore/ MS Outlook, Word, Excel/Mail Merge)

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing preferred and 3 years of construction project administration or related experience.

· 3 Years of Professional Services Marketing in similar role preferred.
Proficiency in Creative Suite and Procore software a plus.

· Strong attention to detail.

· Excellent time management and proofreading skills.

· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
