We are a reputable treatment provider with a West Palm Beach location that is well known nationally in SUD/MH industry. Our Admissions Coordinators are responsible for responding to inquiries to those seeking treatment at a substance abuse or mental health treatment facility. The most qualified candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong computer skills, work well in a team atmosphere and have a desire to help others.

Essential functions:

• -Receive inbound calls as well as chat submissions and email inquiries.
• -Complete a clinical pre-screening with potential patients to access their needs.
• -Maintain conversation and practice active listening with caller while completing basic data entry.
• -Provide compassionate, knowledgeable answers to those with questions about treatment and admissions process.
• -Utilize software to verify insurance online and review private pay options.
• -Able to maintain confidentiality with each potential patient.
• -Able to establish and maintain successful working relationships.
• -Able to maintain composure in a high-volume department and assist team members.

Skills:

• -Competence working with multiple computer systems required.
• -Proficient in Microsoft office applications - ie (Outlook email, Word, Excel)
• -Ability to relate and show compassion with patients and their loved ones seeking treatment.
• -Ability to self-motivate as well as being an asset to the team.
• -Ability to multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• -Ability respect sensitive and confidential information.
