Prosperity Behavioral Healthcare Consulting LLC is Hiring an Account Manager Near Conroe, TX

Job Summary

The Account Manager (AM) is responsible for building and managing new relationships that will grow the companies top line while instilling confidence and peace of mind. This will involve managing and stewarding the marketing budget with a bottom-line mentality according to the parameters set. Overall, the AM must be driven to grow the business and find solutions for problems across all departments consistently.

Key Performance Indicators

● 70 leads per month

● 5-7 Personal visits per day (minimum of 20 phone touches per day)

● Stay within the marketing budget

●Meet or exceed non-recoverable draw Key Result Areas

● Companies & Agencies will benefit from partnering with us; if we went out of business tomorrow, their company would be impacted negatively

● Overall knowledge of the company and industry will grow as an Account Manager solves problems across departments and assists on quality control in every area of the business

● All existing trends are maintained & managed appropriately

● Referral partners and brand awareness grows in our market consistently

● Grow the bottom line of the company as a whole by tightly managing one’s accounts within the marketing budget

● Effectively seek to reproduce oneself in a new Account Manager, passing along the nuances of our referral marketing system and skills necessary to instill confidence in partner relationships

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

● Consistently uphold and demonstrate the companies core values in each aspect of the role

● Exemplify and grow consistently in EMULATE

● Fulfill responsibilities in a way that is consistent with the companies mission statement

● Use the six-step marketing plan to seek & land new accounts, as well as farm accounts that are already in place

● Build to and maintain a minimum of 70 leads per month

● Work within the marketing budget to manage each referral account, understanding that marketing activities and expenses directly impact the company's financial bottom line

● Plan and organize one’s weekly calendar by the end of the business day on Monday so that 5-7 personal visits per day & at least 15 phone touches per day occur

● Maintain a positive, solution-focused attitude no matter the circumstances

● Proactively move towards conflict and issues that arise within various partnerships/relationships

● Constantly use & maintain all systems currently in place within the marketing department

● Seek to learn & grow through monthly evaluations with leadership

● Have a working knowledge of what it looks like to instill confidence & peace of mind to all referral partners constantly, keeping this mission on the forefront of the mind

● Attend daily, weekly, and bi-weekly marketing and company meetings

● Prepare for 1 on 1 meetings with Marketing Manager to discuss upcoming / previous hunts and visits

● This position is eligible for the Motus vehicle reimbursement plan

● Maintain an approved driving record as defined by the company’s insurance provider

● Be proficient in company policies as outlined in the Team Member Handbook

● Complete adherence to company policies and mission statement as outlined in the Team Member Handbook

● Other duties may be assigned

Schedule and Work Environment

Team member should expect and uphold a work environment that is professional, fast paced, with a moderate noise level. Team member will be in the private homes of clients, and various offices and businesses. Therefore, the team member should expect to find themselves in a variety of environments, while conducting themselves in a professional manner.

Team member will be responsible to work 40 hours each week. Team members will typically work during business hours, but should expect to work occasional weekends as needed. Throughout the week, team member should expect to receive calls and emails during and after business hours.

Experience

Education:

Formal education is not required. If training and experience is needed to accomplish duties and responsibilities beyond the allotted training period, then the team member must make arrangements with their supervisor to plan for time to train. Team member is expected to be vocal about limitations, and take responsibility for the position by utilizing resources and tools provided to learn job functions and execute tasks.

Work Experience:

General customer service experience is preferred, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
