This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk while also providing assistance to our dental team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for patient care.

Responsibilities:

Front Desk Duties: Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in/check-out procedures. Answer phone calls and schedule appointments with efficiency and accuracy. Review recommended treatment and cost with patients. Discuss and collect payment for services. Handle patient inquiries and provide exceptional customer service. Dental Assistant Duties: Assist the dental team during patient examinations and procedures. Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary equipment is ready. Take and develop dental X-rays. Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions. Maintain patient records and update charts as necessary. Perform other clinical tasks as directed by the dentist.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years' experience Completion of a dental assistant program X-ray certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in dental software and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
