Hiring Overnight Direct Support Professionals for Residential Services! Direct Support Professionals assist individuals in our program to live meaningful lives and to be active participants in our community. Prospectus Berco operates on a Seven Days On/ Seven Days Off Work Schedule. Interested applicants MUST be AVAILABLE to work Monday- Friday and work a 12 hour shift every other Saturday and Sunday. Direct Support Professional Job Duties/Responsibilities:

· Professional demeanor.

· Implement support plans for individuals.

· Assist individuals to actively participate in social, recreational, and educational activities.

· Assist with personal care (hygiene, dressing & toileting).
