Prospect Construction is looking for skilled construction workers to join our project teams in the Montana Region! Stop by for our open interview event in Great Falls!

Union Operator: **Must be a member of the Local Operators Union or willing to join. Prospect is willing to provide assistance in signing up.**

Prospect Construction is a Heavy Civil Contractor that specializes in water and wastewater treatment plants, hydraulic structures/facilities, shoring systems, large concrete tanks, pump stations/process facilities, dewatering, major excavations, structural steel, process equipment, and mechanical systems.

Project Locations:

· Great Falls

· Choteau

· Lewistown

· Fort Benton

· Missoula

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

· Operate heavy equipment in compliance with the company’s operating safety policies and procedures.

· Load and unload equipment from vehicles and trailers.

· Ensure company equipment, material and the worksite are maintained, kept clean and stored in a safe manner.

· Perform daily safety and maintenance checks.

· Maintain daily records.

· Inform supervisor of any repairs or maintenance requirements.

· Ability to operate equipment in a safe and effective manner to minimize the risk of injury, property damage or loss of life.

· Properly follow all company policies and procedures in accordance with the OSHA and MSHA regulations for safe working practices and environments.

· Proficiently and safely operate and maneuver heavy equipment in remote locations, variety of terrain, and ground conditions, tight spaces and around light or high-volume traffic areas.

Qualifications:

· Ability and willingness to work in a variety of weather conditions with exposure to the elements.

· Ability to walk over rough, uneven, or slippery surfaces.

· Ability to climb stairs or ladders.

· Ability to work in a variety of physical positions which include, but are not limited to, sitting, standing, kneeling, squatting, crawling, and walking.

· Ability to lift, carry or otherwise move or position objects weighing up to 50 pounds.

Requirements:

· This is project is signatory to the Operators Union if not a member of you must be willing to join.

· Ability to transport themselves to and from the worksite each day.
