The position will report directly to the Station Manager and be responsible for all office administration.

Items such as employment files, payroll duties, recruitment process, office organization, and time and attendance. Assist employees with employment questions and other duties as needed.

The candidate must possess strong written and verbal communication skills and be proficient in both Word and Excel.

The candidate must have strong organizational skills, be detail oriented, and represent themselves professionally at all times as they will be interacting with both clients and other business partners.

Willing to work weekends and nights if necessary.

Qualifications:

* Must have a valid State ID.

* Must be able to pass State and Federal background checks.

* Professional appearance.

* Customer service skills.

* Dependable, self-motivated and responsible.

* Ability to work a flexible, rotating schedule. Including nights, early mornings, and weekends.

* Minimum age requirement 18.
