(Commercial Structural Concrete)

Pro Slab, Inc. is looking for an Estimator who is experienced in Commercial Structural Concrete Construction.

Pro Slab, Inc. is a commercial structural concrete contractor which has established itself as the concrete contractor of choice for the southeast region. As a Concrete Construction Estimator at Pro Slab, Inc., you will be working with our team overseeing projects from take-offs to final contract negotiations.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing construction drawings and specifications
  • Estimating project costs, including labor, equipment, and materials
  • Preparing and submitting project bids and proposals to potential clients
  • Reviewing and analyzing project data to identify cost-saving value engineering
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project cost estimates throughout the project bidding process
  • Staying up to date with industry technology and best practices to improve estimating processes and techniques
  • Prepare bid sheets with budgets

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in Concrete Construction Estimation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detailed-oriented
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in construction estimation software and tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of the Pro Slab team
  • Extensive knowledge of concrete construction materials, methods, and industry standards
  • Ability to communicate with clients, vendors, and Pro Slab team
  • Flexibility to estimate multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Salary and Benefits:

  • Full-Time 
  • Remote Position
  • Starting Salary at $70,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience
  • Per Project Profit Sharing
