We are looking for an HR Operations Manager – Workday to support our dynamic HR department. The ideal candidate will need extensive experience using Workday, have a background in HRIS and analytics, and be well-organized and detail-oriented. This position will report to the VP of Total Rewards and will focus on supporting system interfaces, developing reporting solutions, and streamlining processes to enhance efficiency. Maintaining accurate data and confidentiality is imperative – this individual will be responsible for all data entered into the system. This role is also responsible for processing payroll twice a month in Workday.
