Assignment is from April - June

Hours: 4 pm - 7 pm, M-F (additional hours continguent on fitting events)

Responsibilities:

- Assist with fitting events for competitive swimsuits and tech suits

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction

- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

- Assist customers with product selection and provide product knowledge

- Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately

- Process customer returns and exchanges

- Maintain knowledge of current sales promotions and policies

- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis

- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves

Qualifications:

- Must be knowledgable about competitive swimming swimsuits (sizes, styles, cuts, etc.) and related equipment/gear (competition suits, tech suits, goggle, caps, etc.).

- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred

- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems

- Excellent organizational skills to maintain a neat and tidy sales floor

- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers

- Knowledge of electronics sales is an advantage

- Familiarity with cash register operations and basic math skills

- Professional phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone

Pay: $15.50 - $18.00 per hour
