Our client, a busy educational non-profit, is seeking a temp (potential temp to hire) Office Assistant for 2-4 months. In this position you will be assisting teams with event coordination, managing office clerical and administrative tasks, assisting with processing of invoices and coordinating event space.

The ideal candidate for this position will have an upbeat and friendly personality, excllent organizational skills, ability to communicate with co-workers at various levels and an aptitude to learn new computer programs. A candidate with 1-2 years of administrative support would be preferred.

This role will require occassional (one time per month) travel to the Boston office to help execute event kick off. Travel time is paid.

5-6 hours per day to be worked between 8am-5pm, M-F. 22-30hrs/wk.

Pay range: $20-25/hr, depending on experience.
