HIRING: OREGON LICENSED PROPERTY MANAGER

MUST have MINIMUM of 5 years experience as a Property Manager, be licensed as a Property Manager or hold a Broker License and know tenant landlord law in Oregon.
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Property Manager with an active Oregon license to join our vibrant team fast growing team. Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of assigned properties
Enforce property and leasing rules and regulations. Negotiate leasing contracts. Oversee property maintenance and repair. Address tenant needs and manage conflict resolution/
Ensure compliance with state and local regulations.
Essential Qualifications:
Must hold a valid Oregon Property Management License
Must have minimum 5 years of property management experience
Proven experience in property management
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in conflict resolution
Expertise in real estate laws and management best practices
Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Ability to manage multiple properties efficiently
Available for occasional weekend and evening work as needed
