The Practice : NW Counseling Associates, LLC (NCA) is an outpatient clinic helping families to stay connected, strengthen relationships and create positive change. We are passionate not only about the growth of the clients we serve but also about supporting the development of new professionals in the field of children's mental health.

The Position : We are seeking an experienced, licensed Child and Family Therapist with training and experience working with children ages 0-10 years. The ideal candidate will be independently licensed in the State of Oregon (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) and have a minimum of 2 years work experience with youth and their families. Their training should include evidence-based, best practices for working with young children and their caregivers. Requirements :

  • Independently licensed (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) in the state of Oregon 
  • Experience working with children ages 0-10 years. Clinical experience to include assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning and service delivery
  • Training in evidence-based practices for children and families such as PCIT, CPP, Collaborative Problem Solving, CBT, TF-CBT, Incredible Years, and Triple P
  • Dedicated to quality, ethical care
  • Excited about the innovative use of teletherapy and a hybrid practice
  • Desire to work in a creative and collaborative work environment with like minded professionals

Preferences :

  • Bilingual
  • Training and experience as a clinical supervisor

Income potential :
