The Practice: NW Counseling Associates, LLC (NCA) is an outpatient clinic helping families to stay connected, strengthen relationships and create positive change. The Position: We are hiring registered associates in the state of Oregon who are passionate about working with children and their families. Requirements:

• Masters degree in behavioral health field with emphasis on youth and families
• Eligible to be registered as an associate with licensure board in the state of Oregon
• Experience working with children and adolescents. Clinical experience to include assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning and service delivery
• Dedicated to quality, ethical care
• Excited about the innovative use of teletherapy and a hybrid practice
• Desire to work in a creative and collaborative work environment with like minded professionals

Preferences:

• Bilingual
• Prior training in evidenced-based practices for children and families such as PCIT, CPP, Collaborative Problem Solving, CBT, TF-CBT, Incredible Years, and Triple P
