Our client is a global leader in print-on-demand and is currently seeking an entry-level Production Associate for our Rochester, NY manufacturing facility. As a key contributor, you'll engage in diverse tasks, including collation, labeling, verifying, binning, quality control, and shipping. We're seeking an individual with a keen eye for detail, a meticulous approach, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.

Job Requirements:

• Support various aspects of production, requiring competency in at least three of the following areas: collation, labeling, verifying, binning, quality control, and shipping.
• Ensure timely delivery to meet customer needs
• Actively participate in and uphold safe working practices within a factory environment.
• Provide direct support to the shift supervisor and area leads in daily production operations.
• Demonstrate flexibility by working holidays, weekends, and overtime as directed by the shift supervisor.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Skills/Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred experience in a high-volume, fast-paced industrial setting.
• Proven ability to consistently meet production targets in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong comprehension of written and oral work instructions.
• Motivated and adaptable individual willing to learn new skill sets and assist in various areas as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Work within a moderately loud environment, Hearing ability is essential.
• Able to grasp, reach, stoop.
• Able to see color quality and inspect products.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Job Types: Full-time, Temp-to-hire

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
