What We Offer Agents:
-Dozens of monthly Zillow leads within a 20 mile radius around where our agents live.
-Zero office hours required.
-Training on our systems to get you up and rolling, effectively, fast.
-Dedicated buyer mentorship through your first five transactions and on as needed basis thereafter.
-Dedicated listing mentorship through your first five listings and on an as needed basis thereafter.
-7 Days per week of Virginia Contract Specialist writing for your contracts and addendums.
-Dedicated Transaction Coordinator post ratification.
-Ability to grow out your sales and grow your Sphere of Influence simultaneously.
-Nurture your sphere of influence training through Real estate sales courses (example: Brian Buffini’s course)
