Job Overview:
We are hiring for a Bakery Manager to oversee our bakery operations at our Downtown SLO location. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and experience in managing bakery/kitchen staff and operations.

Duties:
- Manage daily bakery operations, including production, inventory, and quality control

-Wholesale account management and fulfillment/delivery planning

-Train and supervise bakery staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction

-Develop and implement strategies to increase bakery sales and profitability

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food preparation and storage areas

- Monitor and maintain bakery equipment to ensure proper functioning

-Custom Order Recipe Development & Fulfillment as needed

-SLO Farmer's Market Planning / Staffing

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a bakery or food service management role
- Strong knowledge of bakery operations, including baking techniques and ingredient handling
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
