Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate baker to join our team! As a baker, you will be responsible for producing a variety of delicious baked goods while maintaining the highest standards of quality and cleanliness. If you have a love for baking and a creative flair, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and bake a wide range of bakery products, including bread, pastries, cakes, cookies, and other treats, according to established recipes.
  • Measure and mix ingredients to ensure consistency and quality in all baked goods.
  • Shape dough, decorate pastries, and apply glazes and icings with precision and attention to detail.
  • Monitor baking process and adjust temperatures as needed to achieve desired results.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all products meet our standards for taste, texture, and appearance.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
  • Assist with inventory management by monitoring ingredient levels and rotating stock to minimize waste.
  • Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service, answering questions and making product recommendations as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a baker or pastry chef, with a strong portfolio of baked goods.
  • In-depth knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a passion for creating beautiful and delicious baked goods.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
