Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agency Manager to join our team. As an Agency Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our insurance agency and driving sales growth. This is a leadership role that requires strong communication skills, sales expertise, and the ability to effectively manage a team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
- Train and supervise a team of insurance agents and customer service representatives
- Provide guidance and support to agents to help them meet their sales objectives
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to agents
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing department to develop effective promotional materials
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in insurance sales or related field
- Strong knowledge of insurance products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
- Proficiency in outside sales techniques, including cold calling and relationship building
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Licensed for Property & Casualty
