ProNet Group Inc. is Hiring a Corporate Recruiter Near Sugar, TX

As an Internal Corporate Recruiter at ProNet Group, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our growing organization. Your responsibilities will touch the entire recruitment lifecycle, from collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs to ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new hires. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and a keen eye for talent.

Essential Functions

  • Ensure an efficient, positive, and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Use various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and industry networks, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • Conduct proactive sourcing activities to build a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future positions and maintain real time reporting of candidate pipeline status.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume reviews, phone screenings, and interviews, to identify individuals who align with ProNet Group's values and culture.
  • Coordinate and participate in interview processes and provide valuable insights to hiring managers to inform their decision-making.
  • Work closely with departmental managers to understand staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources and hiring managers to facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new hires.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an internal recruiter or in-house talent acquisition role.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
