**Position: Corporate Recruiter** "Manufacturing "

**Responsibilities:**

**Recruiting (85%)**

- Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding.

- Lead recruitment planning with stakeholders to define expectations and candidate profiles.

- Develop and execute sourcing strategies; manage 30 requisitions across locations.

- Source and qualify top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter; meet performance metrics.

- Provide regular updates to the Director, Talent Acquisition, and hiring managers.

**Compliance/Administration (15%)**

- Ensure hiring processes comply with EEO, ADA, veteran's hiring guidelines, and OFCCP.

- Maintain a strong candidate network and provide status updates as required.

**Qualifications:**

- 5 years in corporate or agency recruiting.

- High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.

- Proficiency in ATS systems (Workday), G-Suite, and recruiting tools.

- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple searches and build strong relationships.
