What You Will Be Doing:

-Receiving leads daily from head quoter and getting them to a signed contract

-Managing the project you sell

-Providing pre-construction services including detailed estimates and project materials

-Following up with potential customers

-Business development

-Reviewing plans and specifications

Salary and Commissions according to sales revenue

Potential annual income $200K and up!

-Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S

-MUST TO HAVE EXPERIENCE ON SALES IN THE RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY
