Role Overview

As a Product Strategist, you’re a bridge between governments and their constituents, crafting meaningful software solutions to aid people trying to pay off debt. You’re a vital part of a passionate team, including engineers and operational executors, all driven by a shared mission to uplift underserved communities. Dive deep into the heart of our customers’ challenges, and leverage strategic problem solving, product intuition, and empathy to bring data-informed solutions to people who need them most.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with utility providers and government entities to understand diverse affordability programs and evaluate customer needs, co-creating innovative solutions.
• Establish and track success metrics (e.g. payment plan success, enrollment rates), ensuring products serve a broad audience.
• Unearth opportunities for product enhancements, experimentation, and launching new affordability initiatives.
• Partner closely with engineers to adapt and enhance Promise’s solutions in alignment with shared customer goals.
• Identify pathways to deepen Promise’s engagement in ongoing projects and foster potential new collaborations with customers.

What will enable you:

• A strong desire to empower people navigating debt challenges, boost efficiency in public services, and expand our product range.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in hands-on collaboration with government entities or large enterprises.
• Completed undergraduate studies, preferably in a relevant analytical field, such as Political Science, Economics, Physics, Math, etc.
• Strong analytical mindset coupled with a passion for leveraging data to address real-world problems.
• Openness to travel based on partner and customer requirements, potentially 50% or more.
