Prominent Executives Inc is Hiring a Client Support Associate Near Columbia, MD

As an entry-level on-site Client Support Associate, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic, future-focused organization and join a brand new campaign partnering with a telecommunications company.

As the Client Support Associate, you will receive world-class training and become fully equipped to know the telecommunications industry, our organization, and our customers profoundly. You will drive customer acquisition by engaging with consumers supported by superior customer experiences and custom top of the line telecom solutions.

You will become well-versed in all of our products and services to provide the best experience possible! The biggest perk of all is being able to collaborate with our diverse team on increasing the client experience!

The Client Support Associate Responsibilities:

  • Create exceptional customer experiences by actively listening and addressing the customer's needs, wants, and concerns
  • Provide detailed information regarding service solutions and the impact to the customer's home and utility usage
  • Work collaboratively with upper-level management and our client to evaluate and improve the customer service and acquisition tactics
  • Work closely with the sales, compliance, and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to product delivery
  • Attend and participate in meetings to strategize how to improve customer experience and enhance the life-time of our clients

The Client Support Associate Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Background in client service, customer support, or client relations is preferred
  • Ability to exceed performance standards
  • Goal-oriented hard worker thats strives to exceed expectations
  • Unmatched communications skills whether you're talking on the phone, working one-on-one with a customer, or collaborating with team members
  • Master at problem solving and working autonomously
  • Bilingual is a plus, but is not required for this position!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year

Compensation package:

  • Bonus opportunities

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

  • Columbia, MD: Relocate before starting work (Required)
