ProMedica is Hiring a Facilities Coordinator - Centralized Facilities Management - Full Time - Days Near Toledo, OH

Job Description:

Responsibile for collaborative assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of
educational The Facilities Metro Administrator will be responsible for coordinating and
administering projects including but not limited to: Management of work order system
program, metro facilities book keeping, tracking costs of facility related projects, issuing
purchase orders and controlling invoicing for projects, maintaining organizational charts,
creating presentation documents including PowerPoint and Excel documents and working
along side our compliance team to organize and maintain relevant local, state, and federal
paperwork.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Responsible for learning, maintaining, updating, and managing and training the
facilities work order system.
2. Bookkeeping for Metro Facility spending including expensed and capital items
3. Tracking Costs of facility related special projects.
4. Issuing purchase orders and controlling invoicing for Metro facilities.
5. Maintaining an often-changing organization chart for the entire facilities department
using the Microsoft Vizio program.
6. Creating presentation documents including excel and PowerPoint presentations.
7. Working with our compliance team to organize and file all relevant local, state, and
federal compliance paperwork needed.
8. Organize, maintain, and update ProMedica Facilities policies and procedures.
9. Maintain and organize a list of Properties by working with our real estate team.
10. Update job descriptions for current and future job openings in the facilities
department.
11. Ability to work together with several teams within the facility department.
12. All other duties assigned.

Job Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Skills: Process improvement, preparing presentation documents, and leading teams within a
facility department.
Years of Experience: 5 years administrative work
