**Description** HCR ManorCare provides a range of services, including skilled nursing care, assisted living, post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, hospice care, home health care and rehabilitation therapy. Organizes, plans, directs, controls, and supervises functions and personnel within the dietary department to ensure the provision of quality food service and nutritional care. ****Educational Requirements****
Graduate of dietary manager training program approved by the Dietary Manager's Association and/or State Health Department Preferred. Two to three years of supervisory experience in hospital or long-term care facility dietary department desirable.
