Job Requirements:

• Able to work 8 hour shifts
• Minimum 3 months relevant grounds keeper, landscaping and/or maintenance experience
• Attention to detail
• Valid driver's license
• Lift up to 50 lbs., stand, bend and reach
• Basic math
• Basic computer skills
• HVAC experience a plus
