Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide quality care to patients, utilizing their expertise in various therapy techniques and medical knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Administer therapy treatments to patients using appropriate techniques
- Educate patients and their families on therapy exercises and techniques
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Document patient care and progress accurately
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Skills:
- Proficiency in Trigger Point Therapy
- Strong knowledge of Physiology, Anatomy, and Medical Terminology
- Experience in Hospital Medicine, Geriatrics, and Acute Care settings
- Ability to provide compassionate Patient Care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
