CNA' NEEDED IN LEWISTOWN MT!!!

PM shift openings / 40Hours

• This is a long-term care facility who provides treatment of person who have mental disorders and who require a level of care not available in the community, but who cannot benefit from the intensive treatment available at a state hospital.
• Patient Population: ages 40
• Ratios: 1:5 - 1:6
• Start Date: Monday, 5/6
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Expected Hours: 40 H (5 - 8 hour shifts) - will have every other weekend requirement
• Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM
• EMR: UKG (will use paper charting)
• Orientation: Will be 16 hours of orientation - starting at 7:00 AM over two (2) days

Pay Package:

• $15.00/hourly - $22.50/overtime - $1,099/per diem - $1700/gross (FOR TRAVEL)
• Local: $37.50/hourly - $56.25/overtime - $1500/gross

MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

• Montana CNA license
• AHA BLS( Basic life support from the American Heart Association only)
• Driver's License
• 1 YEAR exp as a CNA
