We are seeking a LPN or RN with LONGTERM CARE EXPERINCE to join our team!
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MANAGING CNA'S; ADMINISTERING MEDICATIONS/ ASSESSING RESIDENTS FOR ACUTE ISSUES/ DAILY ASSESSMENTS; SKIN ASSESSMENTS/WOUND CARE; CAREPLANS ETC
Qualifications:
- 1 YEAR LONG TERM CARE
- PCC EXPERINCE
- Ability to build rapport with RESIDENTS, FACILITY STAFF AND FAMILIES
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
