We seek an LPN with long-term care EXPERIENCE to join our team! Contract is for 4 WEEKS WITH POSSIBLE EXTENTION. 7A-7PM shift including every other weekend!
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MANAGING CNAS; ADMINISTERING MEDICATIONS/ ASSESSING RESIDENTS FOR ACUTE ISSUES/ DAILY ASSESSMENTS; SKIN ASSESSMENTS/WOUND CARE; CARE PLANS ETC
Qualifications:
- 1 YEAR LONG TERM CARE
- PCC EXPERIENCE
- Ability to build rapport with RESIDENTS, FACILITY STAFF AND FAMILIES
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
